- Recommendations should be solicited from two of the three persons listed on your application as references who can comment meaningfully on your performance in an academic or professional setting.
- The recommendation forms with the proper return envelopes should be sent to the people who are to provide references.
- These individuals should be instructed to complete the form, seal it in the enclosed envelope, sign across the seal, and return it to you.
